Thoroughbred Float Warranty Terms and Conditions

Thoroughbred Floats are proudly New Zealand owned. All Thoroughbred Floats are manufactured in New Zealand to New Zealand conditions, with over 30 years in the equestrian industry, the team at Thoroughbred Floats stands behind every float sold. We welcome anyone to inspect their new float in our modern factory at any time during its manufacture.

We offer:

MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY - if we have made an error in manufacturing we will ensure that it is rectified promptly.

PAINT WARRANTY - There is a 5yr DUPONT warranty on the paint surfaces of all Thoroughbred floats. A paint and corrosion expert from DUPONT regularly inspects our factory and we continually exceed the recommended standards.

COMPONENT WARRANTY - All other componentry such as suspension, lights and brakes are covered via that manufactures warranty.

GALVANISING - All our frame work is SUPA GALV steel and our sheet steel is ELECTRO-GALV All our steel is certified as AUSTRALASIAN steel which we use due to much lower percentages of recycled material within the steel – giving higher levels of strength and quality.

CAVITY WAX - this is blown into every open section within the float just to add extra protection.
